Magnus Lund
Co-owner of Bestraining. Former professional rugby player from 2002 to 2017 (10 caps with the England team) ; 6 years with Biarritz Olympique Pays Basque to finish his career with Sale Sharks (England).
Magnus is now a coach at Bestraining after graduating in 2019 (Bestraining by GTF). Magnus is also a Level 1 Crossfit Coach.
