Because we are all different, Bestcoach offers Personal Training or Small Group sessions (from 2 to 10 people) in a pleasant and safe environment.
Bestraining is a franchise, a sports centre, a training school and today we are developing a different concept through Bestcoach : an independent club with a surface area of 100m2 focused on personalised sports coaching located 100m from Bestraining.

The gym has been designed to adapt to each athlete, whatever your level and has a wide range of equipment :

Strengthening and mobility equipment : TRX, Balls, Elastics, Mini-bands, Weightlifting cages, Bumper (200Kgs), Dumbbell (in pairs from 6 to 22,5Kgs), Olympic bars, Kettlebell (in pairs 8, 12, 16, 20, 24Kgs), benches...
An outdoor strengthening area with tires, weighted balls...
